Remote Interviews

I support documentary film productions, agencies, companies and institutions with interview filming and on-location shoots across Europe. On site, I handle the technical aspects of the shoot. Directors and production teams can direct, supervise and monitor the shoot remotely in real time.

Directors or clients conduct the interviews themselves via video call while receiving a direct live feed from the professional cameras, including original sound. This allows everyone involved to get a realistic impression of the final image during the shoot, without having to be physically present on location.

Lighting, framing, and visual details are coordinated live before the recording with the production’s visual leads. This ensures that the material can be matched to existing productions and communication formats.

Proxy videos and automatic transcripts can be provided promptly after the shoot. Then, the original media files are made available for download. If no local Wi-Fi is available at the shooting location, transmission is handled via a mobile-network-based streaming solution. 

A central client portal combines scheduling, live-stream access and downloads of the final files.

Remote-Interviews

Ich unterstütze Dokumentarfilmproduktionen, Agenturen, Unternehmen und Institutionen europaweit bei Interviewaufnahmen und On-Location-Drehs. Vor Ort übernehme ich die technische Umsetzung der Dreharbeiten. Regie und Produktion können dabei den Dreh live aus der Ferne steuern und beurteilen.

Regisseur:innen oder oder Auftraggeber:innen führen die Interviews selbst per Videocall und sehen dabei den direkten Live-Feed der professionellen Kameras inklusive Originalton. So erhalten alle Beteiligten bereits während des Drehs einen realistischen Eindruck vom finalen Bild, ohne vor Ort sein zu müssen.

Beleuchtung, Bildausschnitt und visuelle Details werden vor der Aufnahme live mit den Bildverantwortlichen der Produktion abgestimmt. Dadurch lässt sich das Material an bestehende Produktionen und Kommunikationsformate anpassen.

Proxy-Videos und automatische Transkripte zeitnah stehen bereit. Die Originaldaten sind anschließend als Download verfügbar. Wenn am Drehort kein lokales WLAN verfügbar ist, erfolgt die Übertragung über eine mobilfunkbasierte Streaming-Lösung.

Ein zentraler Kundenzugang bündelt Zeitplanung, Organisation, Live-Übertragung und Download der finalen Dateien.
